Subject: Re: [#836010450] I can’t access my account

Hi,

Thank you for filling out the account recovery form. We know losing access to your account can be a frustrating experience and we want to help.

At Google, we take your privacy and security seriously. We’re committed to returning accounts only when we’re sure we’re giving them back to the accounts’ owners. Unfortunately, based on the information you provided, we were unable to verify that you own this account. To ensure that we are not compromising the security of the data, we can’t return the account at this time.

THAT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT. WHO REMEMBERS DATES AND LABELS?? AND WHO THEY’VE MAILED IN THE PAST? I’VE GIVEN YOU ENOUGH INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT I AM THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT. IF YOU CAN’T SEE THAT, THEN I’M NOT THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM.

first off, you’ve got my picture. why can’t you accept my gov’t ID with a picture? this is insane. i can’t remember when i started using your services. that’s totally unfair of your to require it. i don’t know ANYbody who would remember when they first started using google services.

secondly, i’ve given you all the information i can give you. if you still are unable to render my account back to me, then it’s not ME who has a problem, it’s YOU.

and lastly, if you don’t accept the answers i’m giving you, then fine. you can take this shit and shove it up your collective cunts.

If you can provide additional information to verify that you own this account, please visit http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py?ara=1 and submit another request, providing as much accurate information as possible. If you’re unsure about specific dates, provide your best guess.

I DID, AND YOU REJECTED IT.

Because Google doesn’t ask for much personal information when you sign up for an account, we don’t have many ways to verify that you own an account.

THAT’S THE REASON THIS WHOLE LINE OF QUESTIONING IS UTTERLY NONSENSE. YOU HAVE MY PICTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT. HOW CAN YOU SIT THERE AND SAY SUCH BULLSHIT.

In order to verify that you’re the real owner of an account, we need specific details about your account during the recovery process.

DETAILS I CAN’T REMEMBER, THAT NOBODY CAN REMEMBER? YOU’RE PLAYING GAMES WITH ME.

We also can’t accept identification documents as a proof of account ownership because we don’t consider this a secure method.

NOW THAT IS TOTALLY ASSININE OF YOU TO SAY SUCH A THING. IF YOU CAN’T ACCEPT A GOV’T ID AS PROOF AS TO WHO I AM AND THAT I’M THE OWNER OF MY ACCOUNT. THEN YOU’RE NOT WORTHY OF MY ATTEMPTS TO RECOVER IT.

For more information on this policy, please visit http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=117219

If you are unable to provide specific information to recover the account or would like to create a new account, please visit https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount

WHY WOULD I WANT TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT????? IF YOU’RE GOING TO BULLSHIT ME ABOUT MY OLD ACCOUNT, WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO HAVE ANY ACCOUNT WITH YOU??

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

YA, RIGHT. I FEEL YOUR SYMPATHY…. NOT!

Sincerely,

The Google Account Recovery Team
